Finished tire appearance inspection system
The system adopts advanced optical imaging technology and mechanical design to comprehensively capture image data of the tire crown, sidewall, shoulder, bead and inner liner. Combined with KADO’s proprietary AI image processing technology, it enables rapid modeling and deployment of surface quality inspection for tires. The system provides an all-round detection of surface defects on tires, supports precise classification and measurement of the defects, and can replace manual inspection, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy while reducing costs. The system Integrates 3D inspection of tire’s external contour and 2D planar imaging inspection of tire’s inner surface enabling a one-stop deployment for 360° vision quality inspection of finished tires.
